The Design Build delivery model (DB) requires the services of a Criteria Architect to develop broad owner project requirements and objectives. The Design Build Team (Architect and CMR) is then engaged to design and construct the project under the requirements established in the criteria. Under the DB delivery model, the Guaranteed Maximum Price is established very early in the design phase.
