Construction at the Bolton Crossing Elementary Addition is coming along nicely! Scheduled for completion in December, the 21,000 SF addition includes 12 classrooms, administration offices and a cafeteria that will increase and improve the school’s size and accomodations for the school's growing enrollment of students.
Here’s an update on where we’re at with the Addition provided by Bolton’s Project Manager Mike Mancini:
• Block fill and first coat of paint has begun in the classrooms and corridor
• All exterior facebrick has been completed
• The roofers have dried in the classrooms and the administrative offices
• All structural steel, miscellaneous steel, and metal decking has been erected, installed, and inspected
• Air handling units 7 & 8 were set on the mechanical mezzanine
