Medina, Ohio

The progress continues for the Echelon Independent Living facility in Medina, Ohio. Despite the surprise snow showers and stubborn winds April has brought thus far, all interior and exterior processes are moving along smoothly.

This passed week, the weather was on our side for flying trusses onto the South wing of the building.

On the opposite side of the building, entering into the North wing.

Looking ahead, the next steps include beginning shingles in the South wing, completing MEP Rough-in, insulation and drywall in the North wing, and beginning MEP Rough-in in the central zone.

The Summit team is looking forward to taking part in the progression continuing on.  We are crossing our fingers for cooperating weather, a litte more sun and a little less precipitation.
