The Greenon Local School District Board of Education is pleased to announce that Summit Construction/Resource International has been selected as the district's Construction Manager At-Risk for the district's $54 million K-12 facility project.

Summit is a Columbus, Ohio-based company, currently working on projects in Chillicothe and Lancaster.
The district selected the construction manager at-risk model, a delivery model for construction in which the construction manager commits to deliver the project within a guaranteed maximum price.
