Among numerous educational projects across Ohio, Summit Construction recently began an interior renovation for Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED). Summit is providing construction management services for an 8,260 SF renovation of NEOMED’s Quiet Study area alongside Hasenstab Architects.
This second-floor renovation is progressing on schedule with the demolition of the former Quiet Study area complete. In its place will be a new and improved Quiet Study area that includes a more modern and functional environment for students and faculty. To create the most quiet atmosphere possible, sound baffles are being installed on the ceiling to enhance acoustics in the space.
