Summit Construction has completed Walsh Jesuit High School’s New Weight Room Addition. This was an exciting project for the SCC Project Team, which included Walsh Jesuit alumni and former student-athletes.

Window of Weight Room

Just as student-athletes must work through challenges and setbacks, our SCC team dealt with material delays that put a hindrance on the completion timeline. But like every great athlete, SCC overcame that challenge by working with the design team and subcontractors to find an alternate roofing system. This alternate roofing system allowed the team to complete the new weight room on time.

Summit Construction provided Construction Manager at Risk Services for this 8,000 SF New Weight Room Addition, which included site work, concrete, steel, HVAC system, plumbing, lighting and electrical, fire suppression, fireproofing, storefront, and curtain walls. Watch the project progress here.
