A lot of progress has been made at the South-Western City School District’s Middle Schools since the start of construction in February 2021.
Summit Construction was selected to provide Construction Manager At-Risk Services for two middle schools, Norton Middle School and Pleasant View Middle School. Together these middle schools will be 118,000 SF. After the new middle schools are completed, SCC will demolish the existing middle school facilities.
Currently, the Summit Construction team is working on HVAC, flooring, ceilings, painting, and exterior sidewalks at both locations.
Norton and Pleasant View Middle Schools are scheduled to be completed and open this upcoming fall.
