Montville Township -Medina, Ohio
In July of 2017, building of multi-tenant retail space including a Chipotle Mexican Grille and Starbucks Drive Thru in Montville -Medina, Ohio began. Summit Construction acted as the general contractor for the project, located off State Route 18 near Interstate 71.
Summit's role for the three-tenant building was to provide a foundational shell space for the three retail spaces, one of which is yet to be determined. The scope of work for the project involved approving the building pad, installing concrete foundations, building steel perimeter wall framing, veneer, roofing, providing electric services, site lighting, and building sidewalks and curbs surrounding the vicinity.
We are proud of this project as it resulted in a properly built, safe and functional space with a contemporary and modern polished look. The Starbucks Drive Thru and Chipotle Mexican Grille are expected to open within the month of February.
