Cleveland, Ohio
Construction for the new Roundstone Athletic Center at Urban Community School continues on West 47th. The ground-up 30,000 SF facility will not only provide athletic amenities for UCS and the surrounding community, but will serve as the new official headquarters of the Greater Cleveland Sports Hall of Fame & Museum.
Since our last update in February, the building has made incredible progress. Interior work is well underway with the completion of significant exterior milestones like roofing and CMU walls.
April Update from the Project Team:
Traditional Building
- 1st floor interior masonry walls complete
- 2nd floor framing complete, rough ins for Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Low Voltage and Fire Suppression wrapping up this week.
- Flat roof complete and curved roof starting this week.
- Brick veneer starting in the next couple of weeks.
- Rooftop units are set
- Canopy install in progress
PEMB (Pre-engineered metal building)
- PEMB roofing completed, siding install wrapping up in the next couple of weeks.
- PEMB overhead rough-ins on going
- Canopy install in progress
