Summit Construction provided CMR services for the 2020 Front Street Apartments renovation in downtown Cuyahoga Falls. Formerly known as the Falls Towne Center building, this large-scale transformation resulted in a modern apartment complex and a first-floor mixed-use facility.
The renovation created 34 spacious studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. Each unit features a fresh white and black color palette, modern finishes, and generous counter and island space.
SCC provided all-inclusive CMR services consisting of supervision and management of subcontractors and day-to-day activities, quality control and assurance, safety and efficiency, logistics, and more. Our team coordinated everyday activities including demolition, new HVAC systems, flooring, cabinetry, casework, plumbing, ceilings, finishes, and painting.
Summit Construction worked closely with the owner and MPG Architects to deliver this exciting project on schedule and within budget.
