Summit Construction served as the General Contractor for the facade and front entrance revamp at the former Century Oak Care Center in Middleburg Heights.   Now Accord Care Community Center, the rehabilitation facility has a new and improved look and function.  The scope of services for the project included demolition of the previous canopy, sidewalk and parking lot.  A new porte-cochere drop off with a chandalier light fixture replaced the previous canopy, along with a new concrete entrance, front parking lot and landscaping.

The new porte-cochere will benefit the Client with an improved drop off process.  Patients can now be dropped off directly to the front door, offering protection from the elements and helping traffic flow smoothly and safely.

With these updates Accord Care Community can now attract new patients and offer a better and more accommodating experience from start to finish.
