ACRT is a leading independent utility vegetation management consulting company that assess and monitor utility systems for vegetation liabilities and storm preparedness. To better utilize their existing space, Summit Construction was brought in to be the Construction Manager at Risk for the renovation and addition of the existing office and conference spaces. The SCC Team provided carpentry, painting, electrical, demolition and new finishes throughout the entire space. The 5,500 SF project took approximately 3 months to complete with no unforeseen challenges.
SCC provided a turn-key solution to the minimal space they were allotted. We essentially doubled the amount of space the employees were working in to give them more storage and work areas to continue growing their businesses.
