Summit Construction is the general contractor for the two phase Behavioral Health expansion. Phase 1 was completed alongside the active Behavioral Health unit. Phase 2 was completed in December of 2016.
The SCC Team provided carpentry, painting, electrical, demolition and new finishes throughout the entire space. In addition, SCC was able to keep the existing Behavioral Health unit fully operational as to not interrupt their services. By doing this, we were able to keep dust and noise to a minimum as some of the louder work was completed in the evening hours. SCC constantly communicated with the hospital’s operations group to coordinate all necessary system shut-downs. This ensured that no other areas of the hospital were effected by this project.
