Summit Construction provided CMR services for the Akron Children's Pediatric Urgent Care project in Montrose. The renovation transformed the previous Golf Galaxy retail store into a new Ortho & Sports Injury Walk-In Clinic.
SCC oversaw the 7,700+ SF renovation including demolition of the existing space, new walls and wall finishes, new flooring, new HVAC system, new electrical services and panels, the installation of new rooftop units, and new utilities.
Our team successfully completed this project, facilitated the staff's transition from their previous location, and supported their seamless acclimation to the new clinic.
