Summit Construction provided construction management services for the Akron Zoo’s Welcome Center renovation project. The existing office space was transformed to create conference rooms, additional offices, and support areas to accommodate the zoo’s growing staff.
The two-story renovation was completed in two phases. Throughout construction, SCC coordinated all required work, managed the project schedule, and provided quality control and assurance over all work in the field. Prior to project completion, the SCC team completed the punch list in accordance with the project schedule and facilitated Owner acclimation to the newly renovated space.
