Summit Construction was tasked with building a new 10,000 SF mixed use multi-tenant shopping center in Medina, Ohio.
The scope consisted of demolishing a 15,000 SF Office Depot and an 8,000 SF shopping center. The project also required the removal of over 12,000 cubic yards of dirt earth to lower grade to street level. Summit completed the shell for all four tenants of the new retail building, and completed the buildout for two.
As part of the Medina Shopping Center redevelopment project, the new multi-tenant building will bring new business and a new look to the popular retail shopping center.
Summit acted as the Construction Manager at Risk on this project.
