As part of the district wide upgrades, Summit Construction was selected to provide Construction Manager At-Risk services for Berne Union Local Schools new K-12 Facility. The new facility was constructed adjacent to the existing high school with separate wings for the elementary, middle, and high school grade levels. The 155,000 SF school consists of brick veneer and a sloped metal roof system.
