Summit Construction was selected to provide construction manager at risk services for Brew Kettle. The new 5,964 sf restaurant and bar is located inside Great Lakes mall in Mentor.
The project consisted of a complete interior buildout and shell finishes of an existing tenant space. The new restaurant is equipped with a commercial kitchen and brewing tanks, a full bar, main and private dining spaces, and an enclosed patio. SCC oversaw trades on site including underground work, helical piers, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and all other finishes.
As CMR, Summit Construction supervised day to day activities, managed subcontractors, project budget and schedule, and oversaw all aspects of construction.
