In 2015, Summit Construction completed The Candlewood Suites extended stay hotel consisting of 50,000 SF., three stories and 82. It is located near the outlet mall of Grove City, PA. and includes a exterior pool, large fitness center, and a complete guest laundry. The extended stay hotel provides guests the with comforts of home while being away on business or travel. The location of the hotel was crucial for the owner, since they were housing many extended guests at their other local hotel. Being able to offer the guests an extended stay option positively impacted their relationships and satisfaction.
Summit Construction acted as the Construction Manger At-Risk providing the owner with a lump sum cost and delivered the project. The team was able to complete the project for the owner, and give them the extended stay hotel they were needing in the region.
