As part of the Chillicothe City Schools Elementary School Program Upgrades, Summit Construction Company was selected to provide Construction Manager at Risk Services for the New K-2 and 3-6 Elementary School Projects.
Summit Construction Company worked seamlessly with SHP Leading Design and the Chillicothe School District, ensuring the 121,495 SF Intermediate School was completed one month early for the community and students to explore before the first week of the 2018-2019 schoolyear.
The K-2 and 3-6 facilities were constructed within close proximity in an urban environment with an extremely condensed footprint.
