Acting as the General Trades Contractor, Summit performed a renovation project that took two public spaces and transformed them into two additional assisted living apartments in the Greenwood section of Laurel Lake.
The work included demolition of the existing area, securing the adjacent occupied spaces. Summit was able to reuse cabinetry and doors per owner direction as well as counter-tops and other finishes. Each one-bedroom apartment included a full-bath, a half-bath and eat in kitchen. Summit additionally added a storage room on each floor as part of the renovation project.
