Summit Construction was selected to provide Construction Manager at Risk Services for Logan Elm Local School District's new K-12 school.
The ground-up 215,000 SF facility was constructed with three separate wings to accommodate elementary, middle and high school grade levels.
SCC provided a comprehensive CMR services package, and worked in close collaboration with Fanning Howey Architects and Logan Elm local schools. The project was completed on time for the 2023-2024 school year and the ribbon cutting and open house for the community.
