As part of the district wide upgrades, Summit Construction was selected to provide Construction Manager at Risk services for two new Middle Schools for South-Western City School District, the second-largest public school district in Franklin County and the sixth-largest in the State of Ohio, serving approximately 21,000 students and their families.
The two new 118,000 SF facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art classrooms, common areas, and furnishings, and were built in close proximity of the existing school sites.
Summit Construction provided all inclusive CMR services during each phase of both projects, and delivered two new, beautiful schools to South-Western City School District alongside Schorr Architects.
