The project for Ohio Medical Solutions, the Ohio affiliate of Vireo Health International Inc., includes office and administration space, a break room and a clean processing room.
Summit provided demolition, framing, roofing, paving, utilities, MEP, data/IT and finishes.
With the Client based in Minnesota and the A/E team in Pennsylvania, the Summit team brought knowledge to the local sub market and building department, assisting with design and coordination. Summit’s experience with overcoming geographical challenges led to a smooth and successful project.
The project had an original duration of 6 months. The Summit team worked diligently with the entire team to complete this project in 3 months.
