Summit Construction was selected to provide construction manager at risk services for Seton Catholic School's Campus Expansion project.  The 20,790 sf Corridor for the Future addition included 12 classrooms, a new elevator, interior renovations, connecting hallways and other modifications.

The new addition allows Seton to expand enrollment and exceed current academic standards for more than 450 students.

SCC provided preconstruction and construction management services including budgeting, scheduling, bidding, subcontractors, daily site monitoring and safety.
