Summit Construction provided construction management services for St. Anthony of Padua Elementary School in Parma. The project included the restoration of several spaces within the school to repair damage from a fire. The school was restored back to its original status in seven months under the Summit team's oversight.
Restoration of the cafeteria, kitchen, classrooms and a lower level storage space was completed.
Summit supervised day to day activities, managed subcontractors and oversaw abatement, demolition, fireproofing, carpentry, flooring, kitchen equipment installation, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm and security installation.
The project was completed under budget, and on time for school to re-open as scheduled by St. Anthony. Summit also completed multiple additional facility improvements.
