Summit Construction was selected to provide General Contracting Services for Summa Health’s Sleep Lab and Neurology Diagnostics Renovation. The 2,918 SF project took place adjacent to active departments inside Summa Health.
The scope of services for the project included general trades and mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The space was partially demolished to add a new reception area, exam rooms, a control room, and a significant upgrades to the existing sleep monitoring rooms. Summit Construction provided constant communication, project management, safety and security for the subcontractors and clinical staff nearby.
