Summit Construction was selected to provide General Trades Contractor services for the renovation of an existing tenant space to create a new turnkey TJ Maxx.
The SCC team managed and oversaw all daily activities and subcontractors for this 22,000 SF renovation. The scope of services included interior demolition and electrical services, which included value engineering for mechanical units, and improvement to the existing space’s infrastructure.
This project was completed in a safe and efficient manner while allowing access to the surrounding fully occupied and operational neighboring stores.
